New Bern's go to nail salon! We aren't your typical nail salon...we are more than that! When you choose Nails by Nichelle, you choose a state licensed and regulated salon with state licensed nail techs. We take our time and listen to your wants. When booking, please add ALL services needed. If you need a takeoff (Gel polish included), please add it. We like to make sure appointments flow correctly and in order to make sure of that, we ask that clients to book accurately. We will not offer acrylic nail take off from any other salon. We apologize but most salons use an acrylic product that contains an illegal ingredient (MMA) which does not soak off. Starting 10/18/2023 All credit card transactions will be charged the 2.6% transaction fee. We apologize but this was one of the best options to keep from raising prices. We will be accepting cash in exact change. We will not have change on hand.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
We will charge a cancelation fee of 50% for cancelations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. We will charge for the whole service if you are a no show or have canceled the same day of the appointment.
