ABOUT US
Nails by Nichelle is a small and intimate boutique style salon. When you choose Nails by Nichelle, you choose a state licensed and regulated salon with state licensed nail techs. We take our time and listen to your wants. When booking, please add ALL services needed. If you need a takeoff (gel polish included), please add it. We like to make sure appointments flow correctly, and in order to make sure of that, we ask that clients book accurately. We will not offer acrylic nail take-off from any other salon. We apologize, but most salons use an acrylic product that contains an illegal ingredient (MMA), which does not soak off. We do not offer refunds. All sales are final. Starting 10/18/2023 All credit card transactions will be charged the 2.6% transaction fee. We apologize, but this was one of the best options to keep from raising prices. We will be accepting cash in exact change. We will not have change on hand.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We will charge a cancelation fee of 50% for cancelations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. We will charge for the whole service if you are a no show or have canceled the same day of the appointment.

Nichelle is our salon owner. She specializes liquid gel & extensive nail art! She's been professionally licensed since 2018 and has been doing nails for 10+ years.
Carrie Timmons
Carrie Timmons is an award-winning nail educator based in New Bern, North Carolina. Happily married to the love of her life , she has two adult children and two granddaughters. She has a passion for teaching, competing, and session work. Carrie began her career as a dental assistant, where she noticed similarities between applying gel nails and dental techniques. This inspired her to pursue a career in nails, specializing in hard gel. Since then, she has completed extensive training and attended numerous industry events. Never stop learning!
Madison Thome
Madison is a newly licensed nail tech who has been doing nails since high-school. She specializes in manicures and pedicures.
