Nails by Nichelle is in a private suite. When you choose Nails by Nichelle, you choose a state licensed and regulated salon with a state licensed nail tech. I take my time and listen to your wants. When booking, please add ALL services needed. If you need a takeoff (gel polish included), please add it. We like to make sure appointments flow correctly, and in order to make sure of that, I ask that clients book accurately. I will not offer acrylic nail take-off from any other salon. I apologize, but most salons use an acrylic product that contains an illegal ingredient (MMA), which does not soak off. I do not offer refunds. All sales are final. Starting 10/18/2023 All credit card transactions will be charged the 2.6% transaction fee. I apologize, but this was one of the best options to keep from raising prices. I will be accepting cash in exact change. We will not have change on hand.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Appointment Policy -Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Please give as much notice as possible if your plans change. Cancellations -Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows -Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Running Late -A 10-minute grace period is provided. After 10 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and you will be responsible for the full cost of the originally scheduled appointment. If time allows us to continue with your appointment, your service may need to be modified or shortened based on the time remaining. Changing Your Service at Your Appointment -Please book the service you actually intend to receive. If you arrive and request a lower-priced or shorter service than what you originally booked, you will still be responsible for the cost of the originally scheduled appointment. Your reserved time was specifically held for that service. By booking an appointment with Kiss & Tell Nail Studio, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
